Nicola was very professional, asking about my health and any ear problems and explaining the procedure. Her treatment room is delightful - clean, a pleasant aura and having the door open to outside was a nice touch. She carried out the procedure so well and a really nice touch is the ability to see inside your own ear before and after! She explained about after care which I have never had from anyone in all the years I have been having my ears de-waxed. Nicola is a thoroughly great professional - and I am already recommending her to my family and friends. Don't go anywhere else!!

I went to see this bubbly young lady yesterday morning, as I get a regular build up of wax in my ears. "My goodness" she said, " you're completely blocked." It was market day and she wasn't planning on carrying out procedures that day, but she said she could not let me go without trying to help as I was feeling dizzy. The service was excellent, I'll be back the next time my ears get blocked!

Nicola gave me my hearing back. If anyone has blocked ears/hearing I can highly recommend her to get it sorted quickly, effectively, and reasonable priced.
