At the time of booking, your card details will be taken.  No monies shall be deducted unless you are a no-show for your booked appointment, or you do not cancel within the stipulated 24hr time-frame, in which case;

We regret that no-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged a non-refundable £20 cancellation fee.  No monies will be refunded in these situations nor can the appointment be moved to another date/time

When you book an appointment for ear wax removal you are committing to the minimum charge of an ear check - £20

Appointments are transferable to another time slot if cancelled with at least 24 hours notice

Balance payments are due in person at the end of your appointment - cash and card payments are accepted

Appointments can be booked from 30 days to 2 hours in advance 

Walk ins are available during our opening hours

Mobile/home visits are available on request - additional charges apply - please contact us

Out of hours available on request; we understand that sometimes you need your ears treated RIGHT NOW! Please call and we will do our best to open up especially for you​

When making an appointment, you agree to use OLIVE OIL ear drops (specifically!) 3-5 days prior to your appointment.  This can be purchased from the care studio clinic in person, a local chemist or Amazon

Treatment choice will be determined in line with client's requirements, medical history, contraindications and safety

Ear wax can be stubborn!  Appointment lengths will therefore vary - please be prepared
