• When you book an appointment for ear wax removal you are committing to the minimum charge of an ear check - £20

• A consent form must be completed and submitted before treatment - complete your consent form here

• When making an appointment, you agree to use OLIVE OIL ear drops 3-5 days prior to your appointment.  This can be purchased from the care studio clinic in person, a local chemist or Amazon

• Treatment choice will be determined in line with client's requirements, medical history, contraindications and safety

• Ear wax can be stubborn!  Appointment lengths will therefore vary - please be prepared
